Subscription > Change Credit Card
- In the top right corner of your planner, click on 'Users &
- Click on 'Your Account'
- Or go directly to https://planner.ganttic.com/account
- Click on 'Payment method' from the menu on the left
- Click 'Change card'
- You'll see a reminder that your current payment will be terminated
- Click 'Continue'
- Fill out the form with new card details
- We'll charge $1/€1 from your card and refund it immediately for authorisation purposes
Your new card details are now applied and current recurring subscription for selected package remains active
